I was trying to fill our empty month of March with a concert but the group
in question have decided to wait until after our show to book our concert
party. Some time between October and December. We can concentrate on
finishing singing "Hairspray" and learning the words to "Phantom" I don't
know about anyone else but I am struggling to get the words into my head.

Someone will have "lost" a hat and gloves at rehearsals tonight - I found
them in my bag! Think someone must have tucked them in there by mistake.

It was great having Alan Orr and Tony Smith back in the Crew last night.
That brings the total number of returning members to 15, practically
DOUBLING the Concert Crew for Mega Les Mis!

The tenors, in particular, have been given a boost as they have increased
their numbers from 3 to 9.

The whole number has been given a new lease of life with our bigger,
rounded sound! I'm really looking forward to May and thoroughly enjoying
nostalgic rehearsals with our old pals in the meantime!

Sincere thanks to Iain Fraser and Norma for running the Mega rehearsal last
night.

Progress was really good on Tuesday so we may well be able to skip the
rehearsal planned for 6 May as I suggested. We'll confirm that at the next
rehearsal on Tuesday 9 March.

Unfortunate that several people missed the rehearsal on 2 March. Lets aim
for 100% attendance on 9th March from 8.30pm.

Finally, a reminder that (as I mentioned on Tuesday) we will be called from
4pm on Saturday 15 May for a full sound check at St Andrews in the Square
immediately before the concert. Please make that time available before the
performance.

Now I come to think of it.... that may be mine!?! Are they black? I don't
think I have seen mine all week!

Just to confirm that our rehearsal scheduled for 6 May is no longer
required as rehearsal progress has been so good. So, our next rehearsal for
Mega Les Mis will be on Thursday 13 May. Les Mis participants are called
for 9pm, all current Crew members called for 7.30pm. Attendance at this rehearsal
is mandatory - this will be a full run of the concert including a band call.

The entire cast are also called from 4pm on 15 May for a sound check at the venue
prior to the performance.
