| Heritage Matters - Friday 12th March |
|
Hi everyone, just wanted to invite you all to "Heritage Matters" - a
musical/acting thing I'm doing for TRAM Direct on Friday the 12th of March
in Queen's Park Parish Church. It's an exhibition/information event all
about the Victorian era.
The event will open at 4pm followed by the official opening by Councillor
Irfan Rabbani at 6pm. The guest speaker is journalist Jack McLean.
“Vintage Victorians” (that's the bit I'm in) will begin at 7pm. It's an
all-singing, all-danding knees up... but informative too! It has a couple
of sweary words in it though so maybe not one for the kids this time round
:(
It's free entry but you need a (free) ticket for the performance. Either
give me an email/text/call/facebook message & I'll try and get you a
ticket, or email chair@sghet.org / call 0141 423 6037 directly.
Venue: Queen's Park Parish Church - 170 Queen's Drive, G42 8QZ
Time: Doors open at 4pm, starts 6pm, free performance @ 7pm (approx an hour
long)
